I am actively looking for a long term partner with whom I can reach goals, laugh, and start a family with.
I’d love to connect with a man who, shares some of my values, has goals, is open minded, empathetic, considerate, is a good friend, son/brother/cousin etc, retains his individuality in the midst of chaos.
I am a 26 years old Haitian living in California. I immigrated from Haiti in 2018. I have lived and went to college in New York and have been living in the South Bay for over 2 years. I am a sister, a cousin, a godmother, and a friend to many. I value family and friendships a lot and a continuous goal of mine is to maintain and nurture these relationships. I consider myself an introvert but can be outgoing in the right settings and with the right people.
I like cooking and love trying new recipes, at least every month. They don’t always turn out how I want to but it’s always a good time and a fun experience (see my failed attempt at baking croissants and eclairs below)
I lived on island for most of my life so I love the beach and feeling the warm sand in between my toes. I am also a sucker for a beautiful sunset and will always stop to admire and snap a few pictures (see below).
I have tried many sports such as basketball, tennis, boxing, swimming, muay thai, and kickboxing. I’m currently doing the latter. My mantra is to try some things at least once. This applies to sports and other aspects of my life.
I am software engineer now (I studied CS and Accounting) and I have dreams/goals to venture into other careers that are fulfilling and meaningful to me.
I have mostly volunteered within the tech industry either as a mentor or a website developer for non-profit organizations in the Bay Area.
